4 – Get scrappy – Evaluate and explore candidates in the industry and across industries that compliment and align with success profile. 2-3 interviews with each candidate and applicable assessments may be used to outline their experience (before submitting to your team for review). As appropriate we will stack rank each candidate against the success profile.
5 – Send potential candidates to your decision making team.
6 – Extend offer or return to candidate pool.
7 – Our Guarantee: Once an offer is extended, we guarantee each candidate for one-year. If a candidate fails to meet the needs of your organization or leaves within one-year, we will find you a new candidate at no additional cost.
