5 – Send potential candidates to your decision making team.
6 – Extend offer or return to candidate pool.
7 – Our Guarantee: Once an offer is extended, we guarantee each candidate for one-year. If a candidate fails to meet the needs of your organization or leaves within one-year, we will find you a new candidate at no additional cost.
